The Whitewater Township Park Campground is now closed for the 2021 season. Thank you to everyone who came to the park this year to camp, boat, or enjoy the park’s other amenities!

Free Camping Weekend in May

Every year the campground will re-open in May with Free Camping Weekend. Please check back next year to book your site for the free camping weekend.

Nature Trails

Within the Whitewater Township Park, there are approximately 2 miles of nature trails that wind through various landscape and gentle terrain. Maps are available at the Ranger Station located at the entrance of the campground.

Pavilion Amenities

A beach volleyball court is located north of the picnic/pavilion area.

A two-lane asphalt boat ramp with parking area (handicap accessible) and vault toilets (handicap accessible) are located adjacent to the picnic area.

The picnic/pavilion area includes a marked swimming area (swim at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty), playground equipment, charcoal grills, large fire pit, and a hand pump for drinking water. Electricity is available when renting the pavilion.

Pavilion reservations will be accepted beginning January 1, for the upcoming season, with payment due within 30 days. For reservations made after April 1, payment is due within 7 days. Reservation fees shall be waived for school groups and non-profit organizations whose physical address is in Whitewater Township.

Pavilion Rental Fee: $100.00.If cancellation is 30 days or more in advance, $25.00 of the $100.00 fee is non-refundable. No refunds if cancellation is less than 30 days in advance.
